- Journal #5 - Consider what we have read in terms of socialization. Why is it so important, apparently, for humans (us) to grow up among other people? Consider the examples of the two girls in the reading (Anna and Isabelle). Now, consider the internet. What about the kid sitting in the basement playing xbox or whatever online. Is that socialization the same? Will it have negative effects? Answer fully and thoughtfully.
